Your saved preview, in plain language.
This notice covers the workspace that holds a preview you asked me to save. It sits alongside the website privacy notice, which covers the enquiry form and advertising, and it does not replace the separate privacy policy supplied with any fitness app.
What I store
- Your email address, so the link I send reaches you and so you can come back to the same workspace.
- What you typed into the builder: your app name, your first name, your colour, your program and workout names, and the exercise rows you entered or pasted.
- Up to four images you chose: your logo, a program cover, a workout cover and a photo of you. They are resized in your browser before they are sent and stored as PNG or JPEG.
- The times your workspace was created, changed and last visited, so I know when it is no longer in use.
- Whether you ticked the optional box asking for occasional emails, with the exact wording you agreed to and when. That choice is made inside your workspace, once you are signed in, so nobody else can make it for you. Leaving it unticked changes nothing else about your saved preview.
I do not ask for and do not want anything about your clients. There is no password: your email link and a session cookie in your browser are what sign you in.
Where it is kept
In Cloudflare's network, which hosts this website: what you typed in its database, your images in its private object storage. I cannot promise a particular country. Your browser also keeps a copy of the preview you are working on, on your own device, for 24 hours, so nothing is lost while you wait for your link; that copy includes the email address you typed, and you can discard it from the save card at any time.
How long it lives
A saved preview lasts as long as you keep visiting it. If 90 days pass with no visit, I delete it. I email you first: once after about 76 days and again after about 83 days, so a visit is all it takes to keep it. I never delete a preview unless both of those emails were accepted by my email provider; if they were not, it stays.
If someone types an email address and never opens the link, that address is stored as an unverified sign-up until the next daily clean-up after 24 hours; if links keep being requested for it, it is removed on the next daily clean-up after it reaches three days old. Login links expire 15 minutes after they are sent and work once.
Who can see it
You, through your own link on your own devices. Me, when I need to help you with it or keep the site running. Nobody else: the images are served only to a signed-in session that owns them, and they are never public. I do not sell any of it.
How to delete it
Use Delete my workspace in the save card on the preview page. What you typed and every image are removed, and your existing links stop working immediately. Your photos are queued for erasure from the object storage at the same moment; that physical removal completes within days, and it is retried until it does; if the storage service keeps failing, the retries continue until it succeeds. I keep an opaque record that a workspace existed and was deleted, without your email address, for 30 days; the workspace's id alone also remains in my maintenance log after that. You can also email [email protected] and I will do it for you; I may need to confirm you control the email address first.
What it is used for
Rendering your preview when you come back, and nothing else. If you later decide to go ahead, and confirm it with me at that point, the same material becomes the starting point for preparing your own app. Saving a preview is not an order and commits you to nothing.
Your promise to me
Please upload only what you own or are licensed to use: your own logo, your own brand and exercise photos. No photos of your clients, no health records, no third-party artwork. If something shouldn't be there, delete the workspace or email me and I will remove it.
