What's included

Your members can photograph a meal for an estimate, and read AI insight reports from the training and nutrition they logged. An estimate can be wrong. It is not medical advice.

Unused credits do not carry over. When they run out, AI pauses until the next reset. Training and logging keep working.

Your listing, on your Apple account. Your subscribers pay you, after Apple's commission and taxes. Free members are free on my side. I license the platform. You get the compiled app, not the source code.

The setup fee is the launch, done with you:

  • One program from what you already have: up to 12 weeks and 100 unique exercises, in a form I can work from. A larger library is agreed before I start. This is accepted formats, not unlimited transcription.
  • Your name, colour, icon and store listing.
  • Membership on your Apple account, including a paid tier you control.
  • Listing assets, device testing, a TestFlight round with you, and help submitting to Apple.
  • One correction round. Anything that does not match the agreed scope is fixed.
  • A reply within two business days of payment, Monday to Friday, to agree the details. Not a verdict on whether you may buy.

What you need

An Apple Developer account, paid to Apple, not to me.

You do not need it before you pay. I help you set it up afterwards. Nothing else is required before payment. Content you commission elsewhere is your own cost.

iPhone only

The app is for iPhone. There is no Android version.

When the monthly fee starts

When the app is publicly on the App Store. Not at payment, TestFlight, or the start of review. Every month is the rate above unless your app has more active paying subscribers than it includes. From your first renewal I check the subscriber report, using the read access you give me during setup. If the count is above the included number, I email you the count and the total before the charge, and that email is what I bill. If no such email has reached you, that charge is the rate above.

Refund

Full refund of the setup fee any time before I start building, and if I cannot build the app for you. After I have started, half the setup fee is refundable until I deliver your first test build. After that, the setup fee is not. The terms have the detail.

Currency and tax

Prices are in US dollars. OwnBrand Fitness is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Any tax that applies to you in your own country is yours to handle.

Cancellation

Cancelling does not cancel what your members have already paid you through Apple.
